sad news friends it seems swalwell stalwart michael armstrong is leaving for pastures new.he is heading over the pond to take up a roll with the dallas cowboys.it seems injury has ended the career of the refigirator so they needed a suitable unit to replace the main man armstrong apparentley ticked all the right boxes.
